2026 April - I have been writing again for ‘Open Theatre’

I have been writing again for ‘Open Theatre’ with the inspirational director, Richard Hayhow collaborating on new work. We began our collaborative relationship some years ago with a company called ‘ The Shysters’ at Belgrade Theatre, Coventry pioneering new and unique ways of working with performers with various learning disabilities and the shows we created together were truly ground-breaking and garnered some amazing reviews and reactions from all who saw them. Richard has used some words I wrote earlier to illustrate the production ‘Falling’, which opens at the Birmingham Rep in May.
‘Falling’ Tour Dates:
Fri 8th May - Birmingham Rep - (time 7.45)
Sat 9th May - Birmingham Rep - (time 7.45)
Thu 4th May - The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry - (times 1.30 & 7.45)
Wed 20th May - Arena Theatre, Wolverhampton – (times 1.30 & 7.30)
A young woman dreams of a better life – she wants to break away from her urge to smash things, and to find her tribe. But falling in love sparks more chaos and her dream-world reality continues to conspire against her. Will she ever find her freedom?
FALLING is an experience on the borderlines of theatre, dance and mime.

Musc Video - The Dice by Erebus Rising, ft. Al Jones
I have appeared as guest vocalist on the track 'The Dice' by Erebus Rising on their album '2045'
Described as 'a masterpiece of storytelling', '2045' by Erebus Rising takes you on a musical journey that reflects the struggles and triumphs of humanity as we make our way through Planet Earth's final 20 years.
The album's narrative is harrowing and thought-provoking...
following the release of news that an ancient asteroid will impact the Earth.
With its hard-hitting and powerful lyrics, this album will challenge you. If you love storytelling through rock music, 2045 will be an experience that moves you, leaving you inspired... disturbed... worried!
